Bytyrina sese fashion is not responsible for:

Undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Addresses without a mailbox
Address changes after dispatch
Inaccessible or unattended delivery locations
Theft or damage resulting from incorrect or unattended addresses

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

Stolen or damaged goods during delivery
Undelivered or returned parcels due to customer error

Please ensure your name and shipping details are correct. Do not use
Instagram names, artist names, or aliases. The receiver’s name must match
their legal ID and the name associated with the address. Some parcels may
require signature and identification upon delivery. If the name does not match,
the parcel may be returned at your expense.

Some deliveries may be made to a mailbox or pick-up point. It is your
responsibility to ensure your address has a mailbox or that you collect your
parcel when notified.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, you must contact Bytyrina sese fashion before the
item has been worn or washed.

We will not refund or replace faulty items that have been worn or washed.
